Venue: Priory Centre/The Coneygear Centre, Huntingdon
The St Neots Players are proud to present a special production of this wonderful Aesop’s Fable adapted for the stage and especially written for younger children by Glenys Shaw
Town Mouse visits his cousin Country Mouse, in the countryside where he lives. Country Mouse has collected lots of food and made his tree house ready for his cousins visit. However when Town Mouse arrives he does not think much of Country Mouse’s house or food. Town Mouse claims that the food and lifestyle in town is much better and asks Country Mouse to come back to the town with him. Country Mouse agrees and he goes to live in the town with his cousin. He finds that the house where Town Mouse lives is indeed very comfortable and the food is very tasty, however he also finds that the town is full of dangers for mice. So the little Country Mouse goes back to his home in the wood and there he stays safely for the rest of his life.
