George Kelly

After a chance view of VAMPS’ Fiddler on the Roof auditions advert in the local paper in 2002, George has since performed countless productions for both VAMPS and the St Neots Players, most recently in the 2023 panto Jack and the Beanstalk. Happily in later life married to the wonderful Elizabeth, George has two grown up children and four gorgeous grandchildren. Happily retired but still working full time tutorising GCSE students, George has been a teacher, secret agent, and a news media business consultant, travelling worldwide. George performs weddings, birthdays, barmitzvahs, and even the odd wake, with his band Medication Time – one member of whom is fellow thespian and long time friend Ian Worsfold.

George dedicates his performance to his wife Elizabeth, who has promised (and George has it in writing) to take care of him in his dotage when it begins a week after the show!
